About Us

Christian started roasting coffee at home in a cast iron pan at the start of 2021, and as the interest and enjoyment grew with the quality of the coffee he was crafting, so did his aspirations for what his hobby could become. Out of a vision for growing his project into a small-business, Gabriel joined the team as a partner in January of 2022 to help make it a reality. Together they have been working to create a brand that brings exceptional small-batch coffee to our local community -  roasted right here in Redford, Michigan.

We love sharing our passion for coffee with anyone who will listen, and we feel honored to know that our product is a part of many morning wakeups, afternoon pick-me-ups, and everything in between.
